1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all short courses offered by Collective Acting Studio Ltd.
1.2 By enrolling in our short courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be accompanied by full payment to secure your place.
2.2 Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer or other methods specified at the time of booking.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 For short courses, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
3.2 The Showreel course is exempt from the standard refund policy. Cancellations for Showreel courses must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
3.3 For events, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made within the 48-hour cooling-off period after booking.
3.4 No refunds will be issued after the specified cancellation periods have elapsed.
4. Course Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Collective Acting Studio Ltd reserves the right to change course content, tutors, dates or venues without prior notice.
4.2 In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Collective Acting Studio Ltd, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered.
5. Attendance and Participation
5.1 Participants are expected to attend all sessions of their booked course.
5.2 Collective Acting Studio Ltd is not obligated to provide makeup sessions for any missed classes.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided during the course remain the intellectual property of Collective Acting Studio Ltd.
6.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute or sell any materials provided without prior written consent.
7. Liability
7.1 Collective Acting Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by participants during courses.
7.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings while attending courses.
8. Data Protection and Communications
8.1 Collective Acting Studio Ltd will handle all personal information in accordance with current data protection legislation.
8.2 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you automatically agree to be added to our mailing list to receive updates, offers and information about our courses and events.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
