He began his career in casting alongside Kate Rhodes James. As Kate’s Associate, Andy worked on many critically acclaimed projects including BLEAK HOUSE, PIERREPOINT, DIRTY FILTHY LOVE, LOW WINTER SUN, FANTABULOSA! and THE LINE OF BEAUTY amongst many others. Caitlin is a UK based Casting Director with over 15 years of experience working across Television and Film. Starting out in commercials and seeking talent on open feature film calls, Caitlin then worked as Associate to Suzanne M. Smith for 7 years, before setting up Caitlin Joseph Casting in 2024. Caitlin has worked on many notable television productions including Netflix’s hugely successful series Warrior Nun and Shadow and Bone, Amazon’s Carnival Row and Good Omens and the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series Silo. Feature film credits include To Olivia (Sky), The Invitation (Screen Gems), and the upcoming The Haunting in Wicker Park (Screen Gems).

Actors from Collective have worked in Hollywood films, on Broadway, for the National Theatre, in the West End and in series for Netflix, HBO, BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
We are passionate about working with actors from underrepresented groups and we will always seek to break down barriers to access in professional actor-training. Scholarships are available for those who are facing challenging circumstances.
